Megan Shull has been working with rural health care providers for over five years. For the last two years, Megan has been the Program Coordinator with the California Telemedicine and eHealth Center (CTEC), California’s HRSA designated Telehealth Resource Center. Megan works with the CTEC Program Development process and best practices, providing guidance and assistance to developing and expanding telehealth programs. She also keeps track of new developments in telehealth, extracting the most important for placement on the CTEC web based Knowledge Center.  Megan is a favorite speaker at the University of California Telehealth Learning Center and represents CTEC at the San Joaquin Valley Regional Broadband Consortium.

Prior to joining CTEC, Megan worked as the program manager for the California Society for Healthcare Attorneys. She was responsible for managing an attorney member group with over 450 members. Prior to that she worked for CPS Human Resource Services where she helped administered a start-up reimbursement grant program for small water districts throughout the state. Megan received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Whitworth University in Spokane, WA.

Megan enjoys participating in the California Firefighter Muster Association competitions with her husband, a reserve firefighter. She has a four year old daughter and a small menagerie of pets.
